Yes! Gift wrapping is available at a cost of $5.00, which also includes a handwritten note.

How are shipping costs determined?
We use USPS flat-rate priority shipping for most orders. Most orders will fit into a flat-rate large envelope and will cost $5.65. If a flat-rate box is used, the cost is $10.65.
Can I ship to more than one address?

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise indicated. The cost is $5.65 with Delivery Confirmation. Larger orders will be shipped in USPS Priority Flat Rate Box for $10.65.
For best results, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground to a business address. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange shipping by either company.
Express shipping can be arranged as well by contacting us at email@example.com.
We are happy to ship anywhere. Please contact us prior to placing an order that requires international shipping for shipping rate and estimated arrival date.
You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order and we will notify you of any delays due to shipping issues, product availability or back orders.
PERSONALIZED INVITATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
We will email you a proof within 3 to 4 business days. Please review the proof and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot process and print your order without this confirmation. Upon receipt of approval, orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days. That means a custom order generally takes 14 days from start to your doorstep. If you need a custom order to arrive sooner, please contact us at email@example.com or 908-380-0261 to see what can be done for you. We are always happy to try to accommodate your needs.

For personalized invitations and announcements, we cannot accept returns due to customer errors in spelling, grammar, or layout. Orders are not printed until a proof has been signed by the customer. However, in the event of a Milalu error, we will accept a return and offer either a full refund or reprint.
For all other products, we accept returns within 14 days from receipt of item. Refunds do not include shipping costs for receiving or returning the item(s), unless incorrect or defective merchandise is sent. Please be certain that your return is well packed and insured for its full value.
Merchandise must be unused and new with original packaging and tags intact. Upon processing a return, Milalu will issue a credit or product replacement.
Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If required, we will arrange for for a return shipping label. In the event of damage as the result of shipping, the US Post Office may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
Please contact us at email@example.com to process a return. Upon receipt of merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card.

We are committed to protecting online user privacy. In order to ensure your privacy, information we collect is used only in the manner and for the purposes described below. This "Privacy Statement" discloses the privacy practices governing our knowing collection, use, and disclosure of information.
If you are a subscriber to Milalu's mailing list, you may "unsubscribe" anytime by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our mailing list is used to periodically email news, promotions, and online exclusives. We never sell or share any email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses or other personal data to anyone.
Milalu uses PayPal to enable you to pay securely online. You do not need a PayPal account. Charges on your credit card statement will read "Milalu, Inc"
Milalu will do our best to accommodate special orders whenever we can. Generally, a 50% deposit is required for any special order. Please call or email us with any questions.
If we are not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the internet.
Once processed, cancelled orders may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
